Dinner!!~~

Tonight I made dinner

I used some of these, and more ingredients

Do you know what I'm making

In this sauce is ground turkey, onion, tomato sauce, ketchup, corn, and edamame

Then I mixed it in with the rice

You probably know what I made now

Fried a thin egg layer

Added fried rice and made the shape

JA ~ ~ AAN

It's omurice

I made a demi-glace sauce, but the color didnt turn out right

I wanted a darker color sauce

But it's ok the taste was good

Everything was so good

EARTHQUAKE!!!~~~

Maybe 2 or 3 hours ago there was an earthquake

It was the strongest one I've ever felt

The center of the quake was in Calexico, Mexico. . . 6.9 magnitude

And San Diego is not to far away

BUT it wasn't that bad it was just reaally shaky lasted about 20 sec,

I hope a big one won't come

Last night my sister and I decorated Easter eggs

Wwww, I decorated these three

The green one says "Kevin-kun"

Last nights dinner!!~~~

For last nights dinner I made curry rice

I was able to make this style of curry all thanks to Kappo

Hontoniarigato gozaimasu

Fried the onion and ground pork(I used ground pork instead of thigh)

Added:

Onion-san

Potato-san

Carrot-san

&

Green bell pepper-san

Then I added water and let the veggies cook

To make this more delicious, blend corn

After veggies are cooked take off heat and add curry roux, blended corn, and milk

Adding the corn and milk is very good

The milk gives it a more creamy suttle taste

Then serve curry with rice and spinach

It was sooooo goooood

This afternoon!!~~

This afternoon for a snack I made this

It's called hoddeok

You add add the yeast and warm water and mix

Then add the flour and knead

Then

You cover with plastic rap and set for it rise

30 minutes later it's at least dubble the size and divide into 8 pieces

and the filling that you put in is brown sugar, peanuts, and cinnmon

Then in a frying pan cook and flatten them

I burnt one of them though

They were sooo good

It's deffinatel something I am going to make again

That took forever

BUT Now it's all clean

Now I get to have a refreshing snack

These rice crackers are soo good

Sweet and crunchy

And this drink called O'yu is soo refreshing

It's like a fruity yogurt flavor
