The Gloucestershire Cheer and Dance Academy holds champion status in all-star cheerleading competitions. A newly formed team at the academy includes members who are aged between 10 -15 years old. They are knee deep into their rigorous training sessions with Sarah Watkins, their strict coach, watching every move. One of the team's youngest members, Immy, struggles against the demanding pressures exerted on the team as she attempts to 'hit' her stunt. She fails, consequently making the rest of the team suffer. As the intensity increases, Immy turns to her team for support in the hopes of maintaining their elite reputation;

@RedSky199 - Trinity does not buy athletes. They have a talent and need based scholarship program that athletes must tryout to receive. No one is paid to be on the team or receives houses, jet skis or sacks of gold. Also, no one gets yelled at, pukes or dreads practice the way this video shows. Generally, Trinity is a place the athletes enjoy being at and look forward to going each day. Many come early and stay late to work. Good coaches and big talent under one roof. That scares some people.
