この立ち食い蕎麦屋さんは一風変わったバジルそばが有名らしい。
食券販売機では担々蕎麦なるものもありましたが、そこは初志貫徹でバジル蕎麦に。
This Sobausa is famous for Basil Soba!
I also found Dandan Soba (Spicy minched pork soba) but I tried Basil one.

店内は壁際と中央に立ち食いカウンターがあり、キャパはおよそ20人。
訪問時は午後6時頃で8割ほど埋まっていました。
壁にはレトロな映画ポスターがあるなどおしゃれ。雰囲気はおしゃれ海の家みたいな。
There are counters for eating. I guess the capacity is maximum 20 people.
I visited around 6pm on Wednesday, and about 80% are filled.
You can find classic movie posters on the wall. The atomosphare is cozy like a beachside restaurant.

およそ5分ほど待って提供された蕎麦はインパクト大。
タリオリーニを思わせる平打ち蕎麦がたっぷりで、その上にベーコンと半熟スクランブルエッグが!
スープはそばつゆベースですが、バジルがたっぷり。オイルも入っているので醤油ドレッシング的でもあります。
After waiting 5 minutes, the soba was served. What an impactful soba!
The noodle was like Tagliolini, which is a bit flat. The portion was large, and it had bacon slices and scrambled egg.
The soup had prenty of basil based on soy source dashi soup. Yet, because of oil, I felt it was like dressing.
バジルの香りが立つ不思議なスープでサラダ麺感覚で行けますが、平打ち麺で太いのですごい食べごたえ。
バジルと醤油って合うんですね。さらにそこに卵を入れたり、レモンを絞ったりして、味の変化を楽しみました。
繊細な蕎麦というよりはイタリアンを蕎麦とそばつゆで作りました、というほうが近いかも。
新感覚蕎麦、美味しく楽しくいただきました。おもしろい!
This unique soup had rich smell of basil leaves. This was a mixture of salad and noodle.
However, texture was very different from normal soba.
It had strong taste and volume because the noodle was thick and flat.
I was surprised when I mixed egg - Did not expected such harmony.
I enjoyed until last changing taste with egg and lemon.
It was an interesting and unique experience to have such new soba. I rather say this was more likely to be Italian made with soba.
This was a serendipity to encounter such good and interesting soba there.
