The original Air Safari set a warm tone that was approximated in our recent look at the black, grey and Bright Crimson?Nike Lunar Safari Fuse+, but here’s a new colorway that gets eve closer to that?iconic OG vibe. These Lunar Safaris are similar to that crimson pair as well as the Dynamic Blue joints we showed you in early June, but a Total Orange LunarLon sole along with Natural Grey Safari print makes these one update without which the entire collection would have suffered. This “Tennis Ball” colorway, which actually features a volt-colored suede, is more of an odd-ball colorway rather than a city-based one, but what makes this colorway extra-special is the Revis script on the medial heel of the shoes. Will these release? We’ll update you when we find out.. It’s always fun to look into these ‘Top 25′ lists of notable sneaker influencers, so without further ado, here’s a look at some of Frank The Butcher’s (of CNCPTS) favorite kicks of all time. It’s a pretty fair list of sneakers we all love and enjoy, like the Air Jordan III in both the Black and White colorways, the Air Foamposite One, and the Air Max 95, but it’s got some of the more uncommon entries like the Air Son of Lava Dome and the classic 6″ wheat Timbs are worth noting as well.
Luckily for us, the 2013 All-Star Game would take place in Houston, a city also well known for its connection to space exploration; Nike recently unveiled the entire 2013 All-Star Pack inspired by the fictional ‘AREA 72′, which produced another vivid set of color compositions for the trio of Nike Basketball signatures while introducing the highly anticipated Barkley Posite Max and the oft-retroed Air Force Max. There’s no doubt the upcoming releases would have us muttering “Houston, we have a problem”, so before the release goes down for good, let’s hear your opinion on the Area 72 vs. If you need another reason to understand that 2011 will be an even bigger year for the Air Jordan Retro, look no further. Slated to release in April 2011 is the Air Jordan VII ‘Bordeaux’, an original colorway of the Air Jordan VII that Michael wore during the 1992 NBA All-Star Game.
Adding a lime green upper, a red swoosh, and a metallic Decepticons logo in place of the Air Penny 1-cent logo, Emmanuelabor’s vision was complete. The Constructicons were a group of Decepticons that, when joined together, created the Devastator, which is the actual inspiration behind this custom project. Michael’s refined taste in vehicular transports shines through once again with the Air Jordan XX1, as the primary inspiration comes from the Bentley Continental GT Coupe. Aside from the visual breakthroughs that included the grille detailing, diamond-quilted lining, and fine leather and suede uppers, the Air Jordan XX1 debuts a tune-able cushioning system that allows one to switch between two different cushion options via a flippable pod at the heel. Regardless of the fact that both are out of action, their off-the-court/field presence has been noted, leading to a considerable consumer response on both the Rose 3 and Zoom Revis. We recently showed you the Nike Zoom Revis ‘Pro Bowl’, which caused some chatter among our readers since Revis wasn’t selected on the team, but the same goes for D Rose, who will be absent during February’s NBA All-Star Game.
