does anyone know how to change passwords for ameba accounts ?

i want to know because apparently there is someone that takes ID's and passwords from computers if they are affected o.o and i just found out that the whole school board computers are affected,and even though the dude that takes those information is in jail for 12 years, i don't trust it because...ya i loged in here so like if i never change my password now, 12 years later my blog MIGHT be taken over by this guy T.T
