カフェ英会話とおすすめルイボスティー♡
こんばんはいつの間にか1月が過ぎていました1月はコロナ罹患のため月の半分くらいは休みでしたが、それでも残業が40時間くらいありました。。自分、よく頑張ったと思います今日は夕方からカフェ英会話にってきました。私を含めて参加者は5名でした。今日も他のメンバーから刺激を受けましたカフェ英会話では、70代、80代の人生の先輩に会うことがあります。現役時代に仕事で英語を使って活躍していた方もいれば、リタイア後に英語を学び始めた方いらっしゃいます。ずれにせよ、学び続けていることには変りなく、年齢は関係ないと感じます。今日の集まりでは、定年退職後、趣味はテニス・ピアノ・英語で毎日充実しているという方が参加されました。ピアノも英語も60近くで始めたそうです。ピアノは初め大変だったそうですが、慣れてくると体が勝手に動くようになったとおしゃっていました。私もピアノを習いたいなぁ・・・シニアの方々が、いくつになってもチャレンジする姿を見ると、いつも私も頑張うという気持ちになります。カフェ英会話は、普段交わることのない業界や異なる世代の方々と情報交換ができる、私にとって貴重な時間です40歳を過ぎると、その人の顔つきや佇まいに差が出てくると思います。「男の顔は履歴書」「40歳を過ぎたら自の顔に責任を持て」という言葉がありますが、周囲を見渡してみても、男女関係なく、日々の手入れ、表情、教養や知性など様々な要素で個人の顔には差が出ると感じる今日この頃です。仕事だけでなく、残りの人生は趣味や学びを通し、経験や知識を積み重ねていたいと思いますさて、今の私は「良い顔」をいるでしょうか・・・（笑）Ｈ＆F BELX 非発酵ルイボスティーラ・フランスの香りと風味のあるルイボスティーとても飲みやすくておいしいです！！ルイボスティーは苦手でしたが、この商品はラ・フランスの風味がすがすがしく初めておいしいと感じた商品です♪Good evening.It's aleady Feburary!Due to contracting COVID-19, I had about half a month off in January, but I still managed to work about 40 hours of overtime. I was inspired by the other members today as well.At the café English conversation session , I sometimes meet life veterans in their 70s and 80s. Some of them used English in their work during their active years, while others started learning English after retirement. In any case, they continue to learn, and I feel that age does not matter.At today's gathering, there was a participant who, after retirement, enjoys hobbies such as tennis, piano, and English every day. Hestarted piano and English close to the age of 60. He said that playing the piano was initially challenging, but as he got used to it, his body began to move naturally. I also want to learn the piano...Seeing seniors continue to take on challenges, no matter their age, always makes me feel motivated. The café English conversation session is a valuable time for me, as I can exchange information with people from different industries and generations that I don't usually interact with.I think that after turning 40, differences start to appear in a person's facial expressions and demeanor. There is a saying, "A man's face is his autobiography," and "After the age of 40, a person is responsible for their own face." Looking around, I feel that regardless of gender, various factors such as daily care, facial expressions, education, and intelligence contribute to individual differences in people's faces. Besides work, I want to accumulate experience and knowledge through hobbies and activities for the rest of my life.By the way, I wonder if I have a "good face" now...
