The Chinese manufacturer of Gionee has unveiled a new Android Phablet with the Elife E7, which is definitely one of the fastest devices. It is already on the revised Snapdragon 800 (MSM8974AC) with rich 2.5 GHz per core. This might be used to market the Snapdragon 805 in the second quarter in the next high end smartphones. Now some Chinese manufacturers also Gionee wants to launch international sales.
The Gionee Elife E7 it has a 5.5-inch full HD display, which offers a really good representation and a narrow framework. Especially the case is striking. This is composed of glossy plastic, but through the rounded back apparently very pleasant in the hand. The manufacturer also offers several colour options that significantly bring color into play, but not so bright look. The choice then is white, black, yellow, blue, green and orange.
The cameras are mentioned as another special feature. On the back is a 16-MP camera with a 1/2.3-inch sensor and hence large pixels. That should guarantee a better picture quality and more light absorption in the end. On the front it has also installed a 8 MP camera, is intended to provide a better quality video calls and self portraits.
The other facilities include WiFi, NFC, a barometer and a co processor that is intended for voice commands, such as at the Moto X. Only the 2500 mAh battery looks a bit small. There will be several different versions for different networks. The core market will be of course in China, where the prices around €350 begin 16 GB RAM memory and 2 GB, but there will be also a 32-GB version with 3 GB RAM and LTE for about €450.
The top model with 2.5 GHz fast Snapdragon 800 to appear in the first quarter. Then they total to cover 40 more countries with the Gionee Elife E7. Europe should also include in any case, because the interest in well equipped high end Smartphones has not escaped in this country even the Chinese manufacturers.
