pempek 作り方 ^^
ingredients:
1 kg spanish mackerel
2 bowls of water
3 eggs
1 kg sago tani flour
1/4 ounce red onion
3 table spoon of salt
1/2 table spoon of white pepper
1 tea spoon of MSG
how to make:
mixed spanish mackerel with water (mix it slowly!), then mixed the salt, white pepper, MSG, eggs (once again, mix it very slowly!). pour sago tani flour to the batter, mix until smooth. after that, shape the batter to be circle, and the last, fried it!!
ingredients (for the sauce):
1 shoot of garlic
red sugar/batok sugar
tamarind
small chili
how to make:
pound the garlic and small chili (using a bit water, so that you can pound it easier ^^)
put batok sugar, tamarind, garlic and small chili (which have been pounded before) in a bowl
mix it with water, and boiled it
