Some jerk called me at 2:50am!

At first I thought it was a friend or someone from my family that had an emergency or something but the

caller ID said RESTRICTED. So I was like "Hello?" 0_0 and at first I couldnt hear him very well but then

when I heard what he said I was like "WHAT?!" He said something perverted!> <

I hung up and then he tried to call again but I didnt answer....why do people do stuff like that?
