In my opinion. it is hard to make the effort to understand each other’s culture and religion.
Because I am working as an interpreter at Toyota Motor Corporation,
I work with various countries’ trainees,
They are Toyota employees in their home country,
Also they passed many conditions to work as trainees in Japan.
It is not difficult to teach work with interpretation in English.
The Japanese government must create regulations and proper for the acceptance immigrants immediately.
