Thanks to the positive challenge of many speakers,

the meeting was very fruitful and animating.

We all enjoyed varied informative and intriguing speeches.

With every participants ‘cooperation, the meeting was well

organized and went on smoothly although it was full of

contents.

The new procedure of doing the Evaluation with the General

Evaluator introducing has been decided to implement from

now on. We also discussed in the Business Session a

campaign to bring guests to our club and anyone who has

the most number of guests who become MEMBERS from

Dec.1st to Feb. 28th will win a 5000 yen for their efforts.

Finally, President Ann gave members the very important

announcement as below:

"Due to care-giving and primary work becoming very intensive

that I have asked the officers to find someone among them to

succeed me from Dec. 1st.

Thank you for all your support up to now and I shall continue to

mentor and be the advisor for KF TMC but TM Rieko Ichiya,

very capable and experienced TM, will lead the way with

TM Masako Kuroda stepping up to VP Education and

TM Reiko Shiiba to help out as VP PR"
