Manager of Consumer Success Scott here! I have been incharge of Perfect Audience's training videos, knowledge & documentation base as my very first day five decades back. As an individual of several platforms, I find myself searching support documentation and can't locate what I am looking for. It's crucial to me personally that Perfect Audience's documentation is concise, informative, and easy to find. On that note, we've got some changes to our Support materials I'd love to share with you.

More Extensive Documentation

Probably one of the most visited articles in our support department is about Event Audiences. This is a technique where it is possible to utilize our API to include an individual into an audience however and whenever you'd like; click, after a certain period of time onto the page, landing on a sub domain, and much more! To create a Conference Audience, click Manage-> Produce audience. Give a name to the Audience, specify a duration, and choose the Event procedure. Enter a tracking name. In this example, we've used'audience' however this really is anything you want. Just be certain that you use some thing unique.

When you are done, save the audience.

Next, you will have to add a code to your website. This really is code as well as our normal tracking tag you've already installed in your own website. In my instance I need the user to be inserted to the viewer once the page loads, therefore I will install it to load at that point.
