小学生でもできる事も注意された。
自分に対しては腹立たしいけど、悲観はしない。
目的を持ちながら走り、plus 注意された事を直し、同じ事を繰り返さない！
そうしていかないとね☆
会社で外人から掛かってきた。
一応英会話で対応できたが、マジでブラッシュUPしないとね。
シャドイングを繰り返さなければ！
入社できた理由をもう一度考えないとね☆

三週間の工場研修も終わり、本日から電話をとったり、業務を行いました。
やはり一年半のブランクは響きますね！
でも、ある意味真っ白なので、きちんと言われた事を実行したり、いかに前職で甘えていたのかがわかり、
むしろGOODです！
電話でも、ただ取り次ぐのでなく、実際に対応し、自分で可能な限り調べたりして、ギブUPの所で先輩に変わります。今までは聞いて覚えるだけの俺でしたが、実際に自分で考え経験していく事がスキルUPの近道だと感じました。先輩たちはそう言う環境を作ってくれたり、質問に対してはとても丁寧に教えてくれます。
聞いて終わりでは駄目！
理解してインプットし、それを実践でアウトプットしていく。同じ質問はしないように復習もしていく。
それを続けていく。
今迄の俺はインプットからアウトプットまで時間がかかり過ぎてたな。
正しく理解して、実践する力をつけていくぞ

11月30日
朝早く起きてキッチンでハウスメートに挨拶してから空港に向かった。
ビザの問題でカナダに再入国できるか分かんないけど、もし入国できなかったら彼らとも会うことができない。。。そう考えると少し切なくなった。
昼過ぎに空港に到着、さて、ドキドキのイミグレ！！「何処に住んでるの？」と聞かれ「ＪＡＰAN」と答えたら、俺のビザも見ずにいとも簡単にイミグレを通過させてくれた♪ビザを見られてたらまずかったけど、なんとか第一関門突破したぞ！！驚いたのがボディーチェック！！なんか縦型のカプセルに入って行った。あと、靴やパソコンも調べられたりと、やはりアメリカ入国は厳しくされるんだね。
なんかまだいまいち乗り切れてないんだよな、今回の旅は。。。多分日本からでなく、海外から海外だから新鮮味がないのかな？？それともカナダを離れるのがさみしいのかな。。。？とりあえず今日はロスに行き、ホステルで一泊するぞ！！
飛行機に乗った。マジでか！！ＡＩＲ ＣＡＮＡＤＡなのに小さいです。。。。嫌な予感。。。
離陸して間もなく、マジで揺れました。。。やっぱりや～。しかもビールも有料で↓まさか日本の航空会社もお酒は有料になったのかな～～？？
ロスの空港に着きました。ドキドキとイミグレに向かうつもりでした。。。。しかしイミグレなんてありません。カナダとアメリカは繋がっているのでしょうか？？離陸してすぐにｌｕｇｇａｇｅ ｃｌａｍｅがあり、すぐに外にでれました。やった～！！ビザ関係になしにアメリカに入国できたぞ！！（俺はビザに問題があり、半ば入国を諦めていました。。）
なんか拍子抜けした感じです笑で、次はホステルまでのバス探し。てこずりました。。。カナダと違って人はそこまでフレンドリーではありません。。。なんか少し怖い感じがしました。これが普通なのでしょう。Ｖａｎｃｏｕｖｅｒは俺が今迄旅行した国の中でもＮＯ１のフレンドリーの国です！！あんなに人が温かい国は珍しいでしょう！！その温かさになれてしまったせいか、アメリカが少し冷たい国だと感じました。とにかく人に聞きまくってＨｏｓｔｅｌに到着。早速ＨＯＳＴＥＬのバーでホットドッグとビールを飲みました。
このホステルは凄いぞ！！シャンパンや無料送迎、コーヒーやマフィン、ポップコーンなども無料で食べれて、ゲーセンもあり、外でもお酒が飲める！！インターネットも無料だしＷＩＦＩも飛んでるし！！やばいぞ、テンションがあがってきた！！ゲーセンやビリヤード、日本のプリクラまでありました。バーではいきなり酔っ払いに絡まれ、俺がホットドッグにトマトケチャップをたくさんかけていたら、「おまえはチェリーか」と言われました笑意味が分かりませんでした笑
夜だったけど、まだ小腹が減ったので散策がてらにマーケットに行きました。またも衝撃を受けました！！アルコールが安い！！だってカナダで6本で＄１６ドルくらいのカクテルやビールが＄8ドルだよ！！アサヒビールも6本で９ドル、どんだけ安いやねん！！カナダの皆様、クアーズライト、７１０ＭＬもあり、いくらだと思いますか？？カナダだと３５０ＭＬで一本単価で計算しても＄２位でしょ？？なんとこっちではその2倍以上の量で＄２だよ！！しかもＩＤなし、普通のスーパーに売ってます！！カナダがどんだけ酒税とたばこ税が高いのでしょうか？？
今日はこんな感じです。明日何しようかな？？？ガイドブックもないし、何処へ行きば良いか分からないので、とりあえずハリウッドに行ってみようかな～～♪今からロスについて調べないと！！本当にＮＯ ＰＬＡN B です。
とりあえず明日は Ｉ ＬＯＶＥ ＬＯＳ のＴシャツとかアバクロの洋服も買いに行ってみようかな～

i usually go waves coffee.
but I m in blenz coffee cuz caffe latte there is excellent!! its latte art makes me comfortable& fun. I have something to do with blenz coffee. I took internship at blenz head office & could have good experiences as administrative assistant. I could learn not only marketting but also how to make latte art. my favorite coffee shop is blenz of cource. but comparing price between blenz and waves , wave is cheaper. so when I feel happy, I am supposed to go blenz coffee!
I went to Japanese Ramen restaurant called SANTOKA.
Of couse, SANTOKA is very famouse in Japan!!
But I have never gone there . It has been almost 1 year when I ate Ramen last.
So I had been looking forward to eating it !!
Taste was awsome!! I miss Japaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaan.
I went there with my co-worker and new friend Ryan who is a Canadian.
Ryan , He is very eager in Japanese study. We got to know his shopp which selling skatebording items. He is professional player amateur of the skateboarding.
I received many advices regarding skatebording!!

With the same hobby, we are in the best environment teaching each other's languages.
The important thing doing language exchange is to have same hobby each other.
I am right in the best environment now.

But I have never gone there . It has been almost 1 year when I ate Ramen last.
So I had been looking forward to eating it !!

All visitors may not be good visitors!!
It means that If there is the good visitor, there is the bad visitor.
For example,
Most Koreans only taching almost items without buying it. I am often required a discount from the Chinese by all means. The Westerner makes conversation excited friendly very much. I feel that the German in particular is friendly.
But these are my way of feeling to the last, and all people may not be so
There are many visitors shoplifting it at my workshop.
The homeless people often come over, too.
The most impotant thing is to prevent shoplifting beforehand.
I think that these are appropriate as a method.
#Talk to them a lot.
#Ask what you look for.
#Do products exhibition near them.
The most shopliftings person gives it up and leaves a shop when we do these things keeping these in mind.

Paying attention to shoplifters is necessary in particular when I settle account at a cash register.

I seem to be popular among yong Japanese girls even now.
I am often asked to take pictures with them and tell them my e-mail address.
I was asked taking photo , even my phone number yesterday.
I am feeling that these things sometime make me glad!!
It makes my motivation higherrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr!!

A skateboad is very popular in Canada.
We can see those who skateboads everywhere on the street.
It is not exaggeration even if skateboarding is called sport of Canada.
My one of favorite musician , Manafest, was a skateboader in Canda.
For reasons of them, I have begun to be interested in skateboarding.
I tried it today.
Skateboading is far harder than I though!!!
It was difficult for me even to advance before while riding on the board.
I have fallen down many times. I have hit the point where the body reached.
It was the first thing to do to study than practice.......

*This is a problem between the two countries by the Chinese was arrested that happened in Senkaku Islands.
I checked the movies having the pictures Chanese got rioter to protest against Japan.
The picture was terrible ,firing by car made in Japan, destroying a Japanese restaurant.（;´▽｀A``
According to the story that I heard, the information control of China seems to be severe. The information that China becomes disadvantageous is completely shut out by the government.font> In addition,The Chinese government seems to make up even false information. The matter of the Dalai Lama is similar, too. He was brought up into a bad person by the Chinese government.
I sometime feel that common sense of Chinese is kind of the lack of commonsense of the person. I can feel it out of the Chinese country. I dont know what makes so ? Is it the history of Chainese ? Or is it strength of socialism and the national consciousness? I cannot tell this . Therefore I want to examine a country called China a little more.
I pray for the problem between the two countries being settled.
