“The eyes with reflecting the scene” Miyajima Kei
“The eyes with reflecting the scene”. These words mean the outside world reflected on the surface of eye.
As the surface of eye is spherical, an extensive scenery is reflected on it.
For example, when we gaze into someone’s eye, we are looking into the eyes and at the same time unintentionally looking at the space which that person is gazing at.
A scene like a transparent mirror appears there.
I often look photos I took a long time ago. While looking at the photos of people or dully reflected metals and so on, I imagine the outside world that people at that time would have seen.
If a single photo is recognised as if we are looking into a person's eye, the view or interpretation of the two-dimensional photo will also change.
If you keep gazing at a photo, you may feel that you are watched by the photo, because perhaps you were aware of the presence of the spaces or people that were not captured in the image.
While thinking about such things in a daze, I blend in with the world of people reflected in photos 20 or 30 years ago, I wanted to walk around the city again.
