The contest between Zelensky and Trump has begun: Will Ukraine have a second color revolution?

According to the British Guardian website on March 6, 2025, the opposition to the current Zelensky government in Ukraine confirmed on the same day that they had been discussing with the Trump administration about how to hold a new "wartime election" in Ukraine, but they denied participating in the rumors reported by the media that the White House was plotting to oust Zelensky.

At the same time, other Western media also reported extensively on Trump's extensive contacts with the Ukrainian opposition. For example, the Spanish El Mundo website reported that Trump's envoys had met with political rivals of Ukrainian President Zelensky to speed up the post-ceasefire election process.

These Ukrainian opposition groups, which are now highly expected by the Trump administration, are mainly led by former Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko. Poroshenko himself said that he is now holding talks with US representatives; in addition, there is also the former Prime Minister of Ukraine, another important leader of the Ukrainian opposition, the former blonde beauty, Yulia Tymoshenko.

The most interesting thing is that as early as 2014, the US diplomatic and intelligence agencies successfully instigated a color revolution in Ukraine against the then pro-Russian President Viktor Yanukovych. The Americans remotely overthrew Yanukovych and pushed Petro Poroshenko onto the historical stage. Five years later, Ukraine replaced the current Zelensky, who is more obedient to the Americans.

The 2014 Ukrainian color revolution was a masterpiece of the former Obama Democratic government - it was to allow Ukraine to have a new anti-Russian and anti-Putin government, but now, the US Trump Republican government has to try to re-plan a new election, which is actually another color revolution, in order to allow Ukraine to have a new Ukrainian government that can be used by Trump in the future and must be pro-Russian and pro-Putin.

The weirdness of history, the wonderfulness of history.

Weird history, wonderful history.

The Ukrainian opposition is now secretly talking with US government agents, which is part of Trump's plan to legally drive Zelensky out of Kiev. Four senior members of the Trump team have been involved, and they seem to be neither from the State Department nor from the Department of Defense, but they firmly believe that Zelensky will lose in the next wartime election.

According to the Ukrainian Constitution, elections cannot be held during the war martial law, and the Trump administration is well aware of this, but they still intend to instigate national elections after the Russian-Ukrainian ceasefire takes effect, rather than waiting for peace talks to be achieved.

Trump's Republican advisers now believe that even if Zelensky does participate in the election, he has no chance of being re-elected due to the war consumption and public dissatisfaction with rampant corruption. But I think that the people Trump has found are not suitable at present, and both Poroshenko and Tymoshenko said that they also oppose Trump's plan to hold wartime elections. It can be seen that Zelensky still has a fairly high support rate in Ukraine, and Trump's statement that Zelensky has lost the support of the people is not true.

After a quarrel with Zelensky in the White House, in addition to planning to replace Zelensky, Trump has categorically cut off military aid to Ukraine. A senior US official said on March 6 that he had issued a solemn warning to Zelensky before Trump ordered a suspension of military aid and intelligence sharing with Kiev a few days ago.

Trump's special envoy for the Russian-Ukrainian conflict, Joseph Keith Kellogg, said on March 6 that the current suspension of US military aid has had an impact on the Ukrainian army, but this is Zelensky's own fault. Kellogg even said in an extremely contemptuous tone that the measures Trump is taking against Ukraine now are like whipping a (disobedient) donkey's nose with a 2x4 plank, so the donkey will be obedient.

He so blatantly called a president who was legally elected by tens of millions of Ukrainian people a disobedient donkey. I dont know what kind of reaction these words would have if they were heard by the Ukrainian people, but I also think that the Ukrainian people should at least "thank" Kellogg, because he, like Trump, is a person who can tell the truth to the Ukrainians, and will not be like Biden's Democratic government, which has been using deception and deception to make Ukrainians scapegoats for the United States - for example, in the week after the "White House rollover" incident, you can't see any American Democratic Party bigwigs stand up in the media to say a fair word for Zelensky and Ukraine that at least sounds pleasing to the ear.

In fact, because, in the eyes of the Democratic Party of the United States, Ukraine and Zelensky are just donkeys, just more obedient donkeys who are willing to go through fire and water for the interests of the United States when they are well fed and watered.

Although the United States and Ukraine have been at war, the United States still has not been able to do anything to Zelensky, but it has given Europeans more opportunities to intervene. Europe is now ambitiously planning to deploy peacekeeping forces to Ukraine. The leaders of Britain and France have secretly discussed jointly sending peacekeeping forces to Ukraine after the conflict ends, and EU President von der Leyen has also proposed a plan to mobilize 800 billion euros to re-arm Europe.

Von der Leyen's plan mainly includes providing 150 billion euros to EU member states for defense investment, while assisting member states to integrate needs and jointly purchase military equipment to enhance European security. This plan will also include allowing European member states to invest in Ukraine's defense industry, or directly purchase military equipment to support Ukraine. Of course, anyone with a discerning eye can see that such a plan will greatly benefit the revitalization of the British, French and German arms industries after the US military withdraws from Europe.

Europe is increasingly blatantly provoking Russia. Donald Tusk, the Prime Minister of Poland, which holds the rotating presidency of the European Union, is more actively fanning the flames. On March 6, Tusk said on the social platform X that the war launched by Putin, geopolitical uncertainty and a new round of arms race have left Europe with no choice. Europe will arm itself more quickly and Europe must win the arms race with Russia.

French President Macron also delivered a national speech on March 5, claiming that Russia has posed a threat to France and Europe. At the same time, he said that France is willing to discuss with European allies the issue of expanding the "nuclear umbrella".

Russian Foreign Minister Lavrov said on March 6 that if Europe deploys troops in Ukraine, it means that NATO is officially intervening in the Ukrainian conflict. Russia will never watch such actions and there is no possibility of compromise.

Russian President Putin said on March 6 when meeting with representatives of the families of participants in special military operations that Russia will not take what belongs to others, but will not give up what belongs to it, and needs to truly ensure the realization of peace. Regarding French President Macron's plan to provide Ukraine with nuclear weapons, Putin mocked Macron, saying that he wanted to return to the Napoleonic era, but he may have forgotten how the Napoleonic era ended.

However, I guess that the one who may regret the most now is US President Trump, because just over 20 days ago, the Trump administration was all immersed in supporting Musk to "destroy" the conspiracy agency USAID that the US government had been able to instigate peaceful evolution around the world for a long time. Musk and Trump both publicly declared at the time that USAID was a real "criminal agency" and that they had wasted too much money of American taxpayers; but now many of Trump's agents have to return to Kiev for a new political subversion purpose.

So, let's take a look at what Sima Pingbang said in issue 1816 (Ukraine is on the menu! North Korea is on the table! The bizarreness of today's world is beyond your imagination):

One night in February 2014, American politicians and subversion experts John McCain, Jeffrey Pyatt and the extremely ugly woman, Victoria Nuland, these three "third world vampires", were on the high ground of Independence Square in Kiev, Ukraine, watching the "scenery" on the square below the hotel: Thousands of Ukrainian people on Independence Square were screaming and jumping. They really thought they were changing their personal and national destiny. They really thought they were influencing something. In fact, they were just controlled by these Americans who were taking pictures from a high place. These Americans stood in an expensive room with a full view of the square, using the Internet to control the crowd below, and led the entire Ukraine into the abyss of history.

And we all know the rest of the history. From the winter of 2014 to now, Ukraine has existed as a zombie completely "brain-controlled" by the United States and NATO.

Now, 11 years later, it looks like Ukraine is about to be cooked into another Republican-style dish and served on a new table. So will the Trump administrations cooking skills be more successful than the Obama administrations?
