My computer was returned to me from the repair company today.
My computer was already returned to me one month ago from the repair company. But when my computer was repaired the first time, it was damaged further by the first repair.
I already marked where the computer had been damaged. The repairman checked it, and told methat he put new parts into my computer, and I got this computer again today.
However, the fault was exactly the same fault which I sent to the company.
I believe that Japanese services are the number one in the world. But nowadays, I get such stupid situations.
I also bought a book on an internet book store, but there was a hole in the book. Then I returned the book to the shop and the shop sent the book to me again, but the book was the same book which I sent back to this shop.
The world is globalized now, but it seems to spoil good service in Japan. Also the sticker of my computer has been put on the opposite position of my computer.
