これはアメリカで職を見つける際のプロセス。。

1. If you apply on a website, the company may use a computer to filter the applications or resumes.

2. An HR Recruiter will look through the applications/resumes and pick what they think is good

3. The recruiter may show the applications/resumes to a hiring manager to filter. Or the recruiter can call some and do a "screening" to select candidates that are worth interviewing.

4. The recruiter will contact the person and setup a phone interview with them to get more info.

5. The recruiter will setup a short 30min to 1hr phone interview with a senior technical engineer to ask questions.

6. The team will approve or deny, and the recruiter will setup a day of interviews.

7. The day of interviews can be 3hr-6hr of interviews with many different managers, engineers, project managers.

8. The team will give their feedback to the recruiter if they want to hire or not hire.

9. HR/management negotiations start. You will have already told the recruiter how much pay you want, but this is where they say yes or no.

10. If you choose yes (At big companies like Google, FaceBook, Amazon) you might not have a team, so then you get to find a team you want to work with..
