夏に生まれたガチョウを野外の囲いで十分運動させて、
体力を付けさせる
秋に狭い場所に閉じ込めて運動できないようにする
消化がよい柔らかなトウモロコシを
管のようなもので無理やり 胃に詰め込む

これを１日に３回
１ヶ月間も続ける
１ヶ月後 ガチョウは
まともに動けない
気の毒だぁ～
このときが脂肪肝が出来上がったごろあい

for banning all duck and goose foie gras and
foie gras byproducts, including feathers for
down-filled jackets and duvets, reports the

Animal rights activists have been crying
cruelty over gavage, the process for fattening
a duck or goose liver, in which the birds are
fed through a tube down their throats.

Want to Live to 100? Sleep
Your chances of reaching age 100 could be
better than you think – especially if you
get some additional sleep and improve
your diet.
New research from UnitedHealthcare looks
at centenarians and baby boomers, asking
the former about the “secrets of aging
success” and evaluating whether the latter
are taking the necessary steps to celebrate
a 100th birthday.
The primary findings: Many boomers are
embracing lifestyles that could lead to
a long and rewarding life – with two exceptions.
More than seven in 10 centenarians – 71% – say
they get eight hours or more of sleep each night.
By contrast, only 38% of boomers say they get
the same amount of rest. And when it comes to
eating right, more than eight in 10 centenarians
say they regularly consume a balanced meal,
compared with just over two-thirds (68%) of baby
boomers.

Baby Bangs are more accurately baby wigs;
they're pieces of fake hair attached to a tiny headband
that you shove on your unwitting baby's head for snazzy
photo shoots or just general entertainment.
On the other hand, I believe babies are supposed to be
relatively hairless; it's one of the things that makes
them so cute.
And it also kind of bothers me that there are no Baby
Bangs for male infants.

in San Diego's night life hub, the Gaslamp
district, now through the end of September.
Using only a single light source and thousands
of real-life Newcastle Brown Ale bottle caps,
two well-known New York shadow artists have
partnered with Newcastle to bring to life a 128
square foot shadow sculpture.
Check out the video above to see how the project
was brought to life.
