私いつもワンプレート飯つくるのですよ
野菜たくさん入れてるし、タンパク質とかも考えて入れたりしてるから副菜とかで補わなくてもこれでめっちゃ栄養取れる的な笑笑
ただめんどくさいだけ笑

今日はなんの日〜ふっふー
今日はベルギーではダンスの日なのです！
私はまぁ実はコンテンポラリーダンサーでしてね
というかベルギーに来た理由も留学で
コンテンポラリーダンス をベルギーで学びたくてこの国に来ました〜
この日はベルギーのいろんな街で、
ダンスのイベントがあります。
パフォーマンスだったり、
ワークショップだったり、
参加型のダンスバトルだったり
オープンリハーサルだったり。。。
しかし、今年はこの通り
コロナ様のおかげで事実上中止、
SNSでみんなが自分達のダンスを投稿する
っていうのに変更になりました。
本当は私もパフォーマンスするはずだったのですが。。。泣泣
そんなわけでちょびっと載せてみよう！
そんな今日は日本の友達と朝からワークアウトしました！！！

お昼食べた後は
サイクリング🚴♀️
30キロ漕ぎました〜
お天気も良かったから気持ち良かったです
ちなみに朝にも15キロ。。。
なかなかアクティブな日でしたな！
そういえば朝のサイクリングの時に
森林パークに入っていくところの小道で
ポリスのワゴンが止まっててなんだろって思ったらなんとね、
泥沼にポリスのタイヤがハマっちゃって
抜け出せない状態になってました笑
ミヒちゃんが話しかけると
笑いながら
“大丈夫大丈夫🙆♂️すぐ助け来るから笑笑”
笑ニコニコしながら言われて、
だけど相方は明らかに呆れてて
というなんとも笑泣的なことがあったよ
ミヒちゃんは案の定おもしろがってたけどね
まーそんな感じで

What’s day is today ?
Yes! Dag van de Dans (Day of the Dance)
In Belgium Every Year we celebrate Dance day in April.
And actually I’m contemporary dancer💃
Reasons of why I am here in Belgium Because I studied contemporary dance in here.
And I’ve been dancing still now:-)
In Dag van de dans
There is many dance events in many city.
Like a Performances, WS, Dance battle, Open rehearsal....
But Obviously this year it’s been canceled.
Because of Mr Corona:(
So instead of actually performance, everyone can post own dance in Social Media.
Actually I suppose to have performance in tonight...

I did online workout with my Japanese friend Aaaaand with Michi chan
quite good one we did
after lunch we did cycling 🚴♀️
Hahaha 30k we did
Weather was nice so super beautiful day.
Actually we did 15k cycling in the morning as well
It was active day
Ahhh this morning funny things happen during the cycling
When we saw the small rode just before forest
Police’s car was stuck.
Actually their tire was stuck on muddy place
And Michi talked them
One of officer said
“ Don’t worry it’s ok our helper will come”
With smile
But other officer was more grumpy
Michi was of course laugh at them after passing them
