These days the whole ‘camo’ designation alone won’t quite cut it, with streetear labels and sneaker brands alike experimenting with seemingly limitless variations on that theme. Right around this time last year Kicks HI teamed up with Converse on a killer camo version of the beloved Converse Chuck Taylor All Star. Set to arrive just a few weeks after the one year anniversary of said sneaker is this, the second edition from the team up. The pair features the same camo pattern, but with a greyed out look this time around. The Jordan Melo M8 marks Carmelo Anthony’s eighth signature sneaker with Jordan Brand and the first as a New York Knick; in fact, the Melo M8 is the first notable signature sneaker for ANY New York Knickerbocker since Ewing’s dropped two decades ago (sorry, Starbury’s don’t count). These two upcoming Knick-inspired ‘Home’ and ‘Away’ colorway are now officially part of the Jordan Melo M8 line-up when the shoe releases on October 6th at retailers like Foot Locker.
