When I awoke this morning (at 4 AM, but that's another story...), there was a Christmas angel snuggled inside of my dad's laptop, waiting for me to discover him.
Isn't he beautiful??
Of course, my brother was behind it.
When I write angel, I usually have to think for a moment to make sure I didn't write "angle" on accident.
But when I write angle, I never have to second guess it.
someone asked you what sort of person you are, what would you say?
It's pretty hard to categorize yourself, isn't it? Other people may tell me what sort of person I am, but I can't say I agree or disagree with them, because I just don't know.
Maybe... "strict"
When the new year rolls around, people supposedly find negative aspects of themselves that they want to change for the better, but it always ends up as something generic like "diet", "exercise", "study more", or "clean up the house", because no one really has any idea what kind of person they are, or what needs fixing the most. Anyways, those are simple goals that we know are important, and have clear benchmarks.
But I have a wonderful dream, where you, William, go around to everyone in the world, judge them, then tell them how they need to fix themselves, possibly by means of riddles. I think it's the kind of job you'd do very well, and maybe then this silly tradition would actually have some use.
So, what would you pick if you could pick a New Year's resolution for me?
I think every year I say something like, "Stop being a bitch."
But we all know that's not going to happen anytime soon.
