They are ALFRED source and JENOBEZE source.
They help me with my easy cook everyday!
ALFRED Cream source (there are some kinds,cheese,Garlic etc..)

I like both! Even after I'm gonna retrun to Japan ,I wanna use them!

3/16/2008 I joined in the workshop of Charger Girls ------.
You know ,Charger Girls is the cheerleaders of San Diego Chagers of NFL.
It was a nice day.I was very moved before I would arrive in San Diego.
It's because it was very very beautiful landscapes to San Diego.
The sky was clear,the sea was beautiful blue, the Sun was blight
It was a busy days this week.
I felt that the time has gone very fast. Oh,,,,, I don't wanna hurry up ageing.
I spent like this 
Mon ： Work → ESL(peaking class)
Tue ： Work → ESL(Judy's class)
Wed ： Work → ESL(Voice acting class)
Thu ： Work → ESL(Judy's class)
Fri ： Work → Free day (I wanna sleep much tonight
)
Sat ： To San Fransisco for 49ers Workshop
Sun ： To San Diego for Charger Girls Workshop!
Woooooooooooo
Anyway, it's a hard life!
But I'm satisfied with this busy life,because I do what I want to.
I'm very happy,
Yesterday ,it was FUN.
I went to the restaurant with my friends,Tomomin and Alejandro.
We enjoyed beer
, pizza ,salad and taking each other.
We three are in beautiful age(^▽^;) you know what I'm meaning???
So, our main topic was------ of cource LOVE!
We talked about our own experience of LOVE
The Alejandro's story was very sad.He seems to have some
pains about his girl friend(ex) killed by car crash.....
He is gentle,kind,funny and hundsome ,so I hope he's gonna meet a nice woman
from the bottom of my heart.(I believe he surely meet !)
His girl friend (I mean ex) should hope so.
