Yesterday, I went to a concert by the world-renowned guitarist Kaori Muraji.
Since I myself have started taking classical guitar lessons this year, I wanted to experience the sound of a true master.

a single chair. There were no dazzling lights, no special effects, and no elaborate stage production. And yet, with just her guitar, she created an entire world through sound. It was a truly wonderful experience.

She mentioned that she began playing the guitar at the age of three under her parents’ guidance. It wasn’t because she particularly wanted to play the guitar or had a strong interest at first—she simply kept playing, day after day. Behind the way she plays so naturally, as if breathing, I could sense the immense amount of time she has spent practicing and living with the guitar.

Feeling deeply inspired, I want to return to my own practice with renewed dedication.

 

 

 

 

On the large stage, there was only
