Summary:
Considering circumstantial evidences (see below for deals), majority of viewers believe that this individual seems to be a Korean national living in Japan. In the past, he has been consistently making comments against Japan/ Japanese people in many different occasions.
takoyaki200812's comments recorded on other YouTube uploads (last two years):
1) Naming of Takeshima (territorial dispute between Japan and Korea): Takoyaki200812 is calling the disputed island "Dokto" (Ordinary Japanese always calls the island Takeshima) Also, he is claiming that the island belongs to Korea.
2) Order of Korea and Japan: When you mean "relationship between Japan and Korea" in Japanese, you would state the nations in very specific order; Japan always first then foreign country next. If you state Korea first like this guy, this implies your nationality is Korean. Obviously, he stated Korea first in numerous occasions in his comments.
3) Comments against Japanese as racists: He called Japanese "racists" several times in the past. Also, in the same remark, he usually mentioned Koreans' superiority over Japanese.
4) Inconsiderate comments against victims of earth quake in Japan few years ago: In numerous comments, he has made quite cynical remarks against victims of big earth quake devastated Japan few years back.
5) Inappropriate way to call the Emperor of Japan: He was calling the Emperor of Japan on first name basis (BTW, the comment is in Japanese): A typical Japanese will never call the Emperor in this way.
6) About Japanese flag: He is calling Japanese flag a symbol of imperialism just as many Koreans do.
7) His deleted personal profile picture in YouTube: Although deleted soon after he was criticized for his inconsiderate comments against victims in Boston, his deleted personal profile picture symbolizes Korean flag.
In conclusion, it is quite evident that he is very pro Korean and anti Japanese: highly likely that he is either a) a Korean national living in Japan for generations or b) neutralized Japanese citizen with Korean origin.
