I am preparing for my first trip to Japan. I am hoping to come in March, around Sakura season. I will be on vacation for 16 days.
My trouble is... I don't know what everything will cost. I understand the airfare. But after that, I don't have a good understanding what it will cost. So I am going to put down my hopes for the trip in this blog. And see if anyone might help me understand. Also... I do not need expensive lodgings and food. I simply want to enjoy my trip.
I will start in Tokyo at the beginning of the week. I will stay there, at least, until the weekend. Then I think I would like to visit Kyoto and Arashiyama. I don't know how long this visit will be, but I would prefer to not rush this visit. Also, maybe I will visit Osaka for a day or so, while I am close by. But my main goal, after Tokyo is to visit Kyoto and Arashiyama.
Then, after that, I am not sure. Maybe back to Tokyo? Or Gifu Ken? Maybe Tamayama City? I am open to suggestions. I wouldn't mind taking the train and riding around the country for a few days and just enjoying the trip. Either way, I am not one to party or drink. So I am not one to spend a lot of money. I just want to enjoy my time in Japan.
So any suggestions and any help as to what this will cost, would be very much appreciated!!!
