Great... just great...

winter has COME

Well... it's been here for a while now, but without snow

and now... the snow has fallen...

I mean the trees look nice,

and it's bright at night



but other than that it's slippery, and warm, so the snow melts
and tomorrow we'll have lots of puddles...

*sigh* when I think that I have to go out in the evening...
it'll be hard to walk...



*sigh* Christmas is coming so my mood is getting down and down...

Fuaaa~ the day is almost over

Good thing is that I did everything I've planned for today

That's something! 'Cuz I rarely do as I plan
I'm master of changes... joł~

Anyway, the greatest task was to help my mum do -pierogi-
When I came home she's already started, but well... since it was like
ages ago I helped her (and even longer since the last time I made -pierogi-)
so I took some pictures , they turned out to be like a manual- how to do it...

So first you need filling: this time we used cabbage/meat one

Then dough: it needs to be cut into slmall pieces which later are flatened...

... so they can be filled (with actually whatever one likes ;)



so here: a PROOF I REALLY made some!
(sorry for the focus - my mom took the photo)



They look quite nice, don't they

So the last thing to do is... cook them...



And then add some butter and enjoy

It's so early in the morning

I think I've never written so early, but today
is sucha busy day...

In a moment I have to leave (just finish my cinnamon lemon tea yum~)

I've got to help my mum, visit a friend, a tailor and then some shops,
and in the afternoon tutuoring and then shops again...

heh...

So thinking about today makes my legs hurt... so much walking...
