Brussels...

This will be the last post about Brussels... I promise



My flight was at 1.20 pm, so I didn't have to get up too early.
I packed my luggage the day before, leaving only a couple things
I needed.

And off we went to the Charleroi airport.



On the way to the airport we passed near the Waterloo.
Actually the express way goes near...



Anyway



We got to the airport sooner than expected.



When I went to get my boarding card, it turned out I had
some excessed luggage

Hell it was only 2kg, but if I wanted to pay for it it would
have cost 20E PER kilo

Are they crazy??

In the end my brother had to take some things and he'll send them
later.

Plane arrived to Kraków half an hour prior schedule.



BUT

I had to wait HALF AN HOUR for the luggage BECAUSE the plane came
earlier and there were not enough people to help unload it...

FACEPALM

This is how my short holiday ended.

To tell you the truth some unpleasant things happened later. Everything
because mu dumbness... I've sent a text to the wrong person and...
now my life will probably become hell...

At least till holiday.

I will endure it somehow.

I have 5 months to prepare some things and decide what I want to do.

And should I... determine my faith... I won't look back nor regret a thing.

Brussels...

Due to the Christmas break my brother had a couple of days off.

We decided to lazy our butts off

First I had to go with him and his gf to visit some friends.

To my surprise the outskirts of the city were in... full bloom

Green grass everywhere...

Colorfull flowers too...

Even kids were wearing SHORTS!!!

Well...

I kept my leggins, but put on only knee-length hoodie hehe...

It was about 13C degrees REALLY



Have I mentioned it was the end of December meaning WINTER...?
And not a single snowflake could be found in sight.

After we got home we could officially start 'lazing our butts off' ('-^*)/

Actually we became couch potatoes...

Drank beer

Watched movies

And played some games

And TALKED of course

You know those older brother - younger sister kind of talks...

Well... some time ago they reminded me more of an 'investigation talks'
but now it was totally different.

We talked to our hearts' content.

About some silly stuff and more hmm... important... stuff as well.

Next day I went shopping with my sister.

We had fun. I didn't buy much, a copule of CDs
and clothes.



I also went to 'manga kingdom'

It's a pity that they have mangas only in French



My brother took me also for a trip to Leuven.
It's called campus, because many students rent there flats.

I must say Leuven is a really nice gothic town,
There are many old buildings and stone churches.

We visited some shops, and a pub where they sell a really good mochito

On the way home it started to rain...
So, again we had to spend the evening at home.



Next day we wen't to do some sightseeing. But I've already written about
it - a 'carseeing'. Just one more photo.



Niceee... isnt't it??

And that's pretty much it...

Time passed so fast that it was already Wednesday and I had to
get ready for my flight home...

Maybe next time I will come to Brussels in summer, and for a little
bit longer

time for a 'short' photospam from my trip to Brussels.

Unfortunately I don't have many pictures 'cuz the weather was...
really strange...

(Or should I say not many pictures of intersting places in Brussels)

when I was leaving Poland it was cold and windy...



and when I arrived to Charleroi it was cold and windy and... dark
so pretty much same as in Poland.



At the airport my brother and sister were waiting for me
it was so good to see them after quite some time, I must say.

The flight was only 1:50 minutes long, but then it takes about an hour
to get from Charleroi to Brussels, and even longer if there's traffic.
Somehow we got home quite fast. I was really tired, but ended talking
up late with my siblings, and my brother's girlfriend.

Morning was really refreshing.
Unoftunately I woke up at 6am .
Fortuntely I fell asleep shortly after my sis went to work...
and then got up at 10am hehe...
