Sooo, it's been SOME time ne?
Let's finish with pictures from Croatia and then I'll be back to current stuff
After we left Sutivan we arrived to Split, where we took a tour around Diocletian's palace...
After that we set off to Trogir.
And then to Sibienik, where we've spent 2 nights. First one was terrible as there was a huge wind blowing. On top of that, on the roof of the hostel we were staying at, a metal part of I have no idea what was constantly banging and making a terrible noise, so we could't sleep
From Sibienik we made a trip to KRKA National Park, which is famous fot its gorgeous waterfalls.
beautiful views....
crystal clear water.... with "lots of juicy fishes" as Gollum would say
As you can see, there are places where you can actually swim!
Eh, that was a wonderful time. I would gladly go there again.
Hmm there's some time left till holidays, so who knows where, in which part of Europe I will end up this time

Finally I have sme time to write about my late holidays.
On Friday, 7th September we - me, together with four friends - set off to Croatia
A journey of over 1300km awaited. It took us 15 hours to get from Stalowa Wola/Poland
to Sutivan on the Brać Island/ Croatia.
First we arrived to Supetar, a harbour where all ferries go. Then at about 9am we got to Sutivan, unpacked our stuff in the apartment and...
went to the beach of course
Supetar
Below there's a view from our balcony, it was very close to the beach.
MMMMM~
I really loved it. Beach there is a stony one, and generally if you want to swim in the sea
you need rubber shoes, otherwise you can hurt your feet quite badly
Hmm, to tell you the truth I did nothing.... welll apart from sunbathing, eating, sleeping, coughdrinkingcough
and ekhmsmokingshishaekhm
but hey, we're talking about holidays, ne?
One night we went to a local carnival, or sth like this. People were dressed as flowers - symbols of different towns of Brać. It was amazing! Everyone, doesn't matter young or old, played, danced and drank together! I really enjoyed it!
Generally, all the time, it was warm and sunny. But there were two days when it got terribly cold, the wind was blowing so hard that waves moved stones on the beach!
On the picture below, where you can see grey, normally you can see the mainland
... that's how the weather changed...
Anyway, two times, me and my friends Anka and Dawid went for a diving trip. Well only David dives,
so while he was underwater we were sunbathing on the boat. I was a bit scared to swimm there.
We'd harboured in a small gulf, very close to the open sea, so there was no beach, just deep water.
But somehow I managed to brace myself and jumped. It was AWSOME! A bit salty, 'cuz of course I had to drink water... anyway, it was more exciting than jumping from the rocks.
Another thing is that the water is crystal clear, if it weren't I don't thing I would've jumped
Here's everyone... well almost
someone's "cut" Ala...
One day we went to "Vidova Gora" the highest, hmm... mountain on the island, from where you can
almost the whole island, and other islands too, like Hwar.
Garfield - a can, which was following us like a dog, unfortunately he was run over by a car
Skrip - Remains of old houses.
It's quite interesting, but at the same time scary .
There are many places like this on the island. Houses that are falling apart, cementaries, churches, old barns, wild gardens. Yet people live right next to them. I would be scared.
We stayed in Sutivan for 10 days, then wen't to see other places. I will write about them next time
