I've strange feeling with this product.
If you prefer light weight with rich cushioning, You can go with KD 9 or 10th.
If you are fan of Lunar and Zoom You can go with KB AD NXT..
I'm not a big fan of Nike recent products over years.
There were no technological innovation. Just cost reduction with STORLY telling design, translucent garbage sole.
I'm very curious how react technology and wave pattern works.
I just tried to ball in them for 2 hours. My impression will be changed...
Traction- HD2017 traction was good and It feels very natural.
Thanks to the shape of Wave midsole ( its like modified Feet You Wear technology ),
Heal to toe and side to side transition was very natural. Feet You Wear design works
really well.
Cushioning - Ive been looking for the words how I explain this feeling.
Its not bad.. Impact protection wasn't bad. however I couldnt feel any
responsiveness like Zoom, Charged or Boost nor mushy response that
Lunaron or Micro G provided.
As of right now, React might works, because I dont feel any pain after
2 hour practice.
Midsole in forefoot area is soft and heal cushioning was a bit stiff.
Sponge made insole just made you feel soft. thats it.
This midsole looks to have tons of fuctions like lunar epic, but its not.
Heel containment was OK, Internal heel cup works.
Material - I dont think I need flyknit, This woven material secure your foot better
than flyknit I believe. From the durability point of view I recommend this version.
Insole was made by sponge. I usually use my own insole instead of
original insole to secure my arch.
If customer likes React more than zoom air or Lunaron, Nike can reduce COGs.
It might help Nike to achieve their financial goals.
Sorry Nike, Its not gonna happen.
However , I strongly prefer this over PG1, Kobe AD.
Its weard, I cant tell you clear reasons right now.
I'll keep you posted when I could finalize my impression later on.
