Japanese girls want to make some Japanese traditional foods for her boyfriend because they wish to be thought good at housework.

In many Japanese traditional foods, Nikujyaga is the most popular foods for girls. Nikujyaga is the food boiled and seasoned. The ingredient of Nikujyaga is sliced beef and potatoes. “Niku” means beef and “Jyaga(imo)” means potatoes.

I like Nikujyaga’s potatoes because the seasonings worked into it.

Rice is Japanese staple food.

Recently, the bread is rising but many Japanese want to eat white rice in breakfast.

The essential point for rice is the way to boil, I think. I like the rice, which is boiled rather hard.

Japanese rice is sticky.

During I eat white rice, I feel happy and I’m thankful for I was born in Japan.

I do my part-time job at the supermarket. One day, I was talked a foreigner who had "Natto-Maki".

She said "This sushi goes off. Please refund." I was surprised since I imagined that people who come to Japan all know about Natto. But the time was very busy time so I couldn't explain what Natto is.

Therefore, I started this blog to spread Japanese Traditional Foods.
