Part 2 right up here, not sure if anyones' enjoying it though..

anyways here we go! another Beach time!

Apart from the famous Bondi Beach in Sydney CBD, Manly Beach is another prime spot for sun bathing and requires a 20 min ferry ride from Circular Quay.

1.Manly Beach

A short walk from the Manly Wharf brings you to the beach in less than 10 min.

There are plentiful of cafes, restaurants and even pubs along the walk to the beach.

Also, there are a few souvenir shops which offers really cheap buys! A not to be miss!!

beach!

Walking along the beach end.... Lovely weather!照れ照れ

Walking along the beach end will supposed to take you to little Shelly Beach.

Unfortunately, there was some ongoing road repairs and the path to Shelly Beach was blocked. A re-route would take up some time and thus I had to give up.

The ferry back Circular Quay was rather a surprise as the ferry got really up close to the Sydney Opera House and i was able to grab a few shots!

P.S. no zoom function was used! ウインク

2. Sydney Opera House

3. Sydney Harbour Bridge

There are various ways you can get to see this iconic representative monument of Sydney.

A) Gazing at the Sydney Harbour Bridge from Hickson Road Reserve via Hickson Road

右矢印From Circular Quay, walk along George Street (going through The Rocks) and onto              Hickson Road (passing by Park Hyatt hotel).

B) Crossing the Sydney Harbour Bridge from Milsons point station

右矢印From Milsons point station, turn right and walk straight until you see a flight of yellow           brick stairs. This stairs leads to the bridge and heres where you start to cross over             the bridge back to The Rocks.

Start of the bridge and the expressway for the traffic..

For a small fee (AUD 13) you can get up to the pylon lookout for a really good view!

(i skipped it though)

took about 10mins walk towards the end of the bridge... and the reward is.....ドキドキ

C) Getting under the Sydney Harbour Bridge

右矢印You can also catch a ferry from Circular Quay to Milsons Point Wharf

The ferry goes right under the bridge for a moment 爆 笑 enough to get me so excited!

the ferry disembarkment point is where the Luna Park sits... look kinda scary though!

Getting to the bridge from all sides was actually so much fun!!

Signs off,

Just 2 weeks back, I returned from Sydney and my endorphin level has been recharged. And now, I can't help but to start planning for my next trip! Work has been really hectic and I have'nt got a chance to share my sydney experience.

Sydney's late winter is full of sun, winds and more sun! 晴れ晴れ

I was blessed with clear blue skies, clean air and clear water throughout my trip!クローバー

Sunglasses are a must in Sydney and as well as UV sun creams!

Places that I has visited and would like to recommend includes:

Watson's Bay, Cockatoo Island, Bondi Beach (Part 1),

Manly BeachSydney Harbour Bridge, Sydney Opera House (Part 2).

Blue Mountains, Sydney Fish Market (Part 3).

1. Watson's Bay

Walk your way along Gap Buff Road and explore Sydney Harbour National Park Gap Buff to not miss the sapphire blue South Pacific Ocean. Continue along the way up along Lady Bay Beach (Be aware that this beach legally allows nudity! I had seen a few old men basking under the sun at this beach without any covering around their pee pees ガーン) ...

and you will find the Hornby Lighthouse! I really like landscape here and it wasnt as populated with people on a Sunday noon.

For lunch, I recommend getting back to Watson's Bay Wharf to visit Doyles Fishermans Wharf (the takeaway booth, and not the restaurant which is a lot more pricey. They are famous for the seafood platter which I had ordered! The seafood was fresh- the batter was really good and the prawn was huge!

2. Cockatoo Island

To reach here, I took a 10 minute ferry ride from the King Street Wharf at Darling Harbour.

Cockatoo Island is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and is one of the Australian Convict Sites World Heritage Property. On this island, other than taking in the beautiful landscapes, you get to learn about convicts lifes and the harsh living conditions convicts endured as prison labours. I highly recommend Cockatoo Island if you have ample time to spare.

3. Bondi Beach

Be prepared to be swarmed by the locals, tourists and families as weekends are crowded at this popular beach located near Sydney's CBD area. Put on a pair flip flops or go bare-footed! Enjoy the salty sea breeze, the clear blue skies, the cooling emerald waters, the noisy gulls, enuff' said!

I was in Japan back in 2015 autumn with my Significant Other for a 2 week trip; we embarked on a relaxing trip doing city hopping using the JR Sanyo-Sanin railway pass.

Here are some memorable honours that left me having severe Japan "withdrawal" symptoms as soon as I was back in my host country ショック!

1. Hiroshima A-bomb dome
it was a drizzling day when we visited the dome, theres a sudden feeling of devastation as soon as I saw the preserved monument in front of my eyes. Further down the monument was the museum where tells upon this heartbreaking historical incident
A-bomb dome

2. Itsukushima (aka Miyajima)
just a 10min ferry ride from mainland Hiroshima, is the Itsukushima, famous for its "floating" torii during high tide. We had diligently checked up the tides table weeks before our trip andI was just thrilled to be able to witness the torii during both the high and low tide!

there was also more to see on this mountainous island other than the floating torii. we took the ropeway that brought us up to Mount Misen. the scenary was breathtaking and it was just all too perfect- the weather, the temperature, the view!
