2. その状態で両手（手のひら）を、外側から両脚の太ももの裏側に入れる
3. 太ももの裏側の肉をつかむ感じで、左右の手を外側に引っぱる
4. 3の状況をキープしたまま、左右交互につま先をつけたままの足踏みをする。
