I'm using "StarHub Prepaid Mobile Broadband Card" ($32.00) for internet access in Singapore. I bought it at UOB foreign exchange in Changi airport.

When you activate it, you need computer that is accessed to internet at Changi airport or in your hotel. At first, you access following website (http://mmprepaid.starhub.com/custservice/maxmobilePrepaid.jsp
) and login your account by using *MaxMobile Prepaid Broadband number and **Password. You can find your current wallet balance ($32.00 at first) and choose data plan from 1 hour ($3.00), 1-day ($6.00), 3-days ($16.00) and 5-days ($25.00) for unlimited bundle. You need to be careful about ***Expiry Date.
When you charge your wallet balance, you need to buy "Happy Prepaid Top-up Card" ($18.00). I bought it at the mobilephone shop on Orchard Road. You can top up your wallet balance by using ****Top-up Card No. and Pin in above website.
*MaxMobile Prepaid Broadband number
You can find it on the backside of the package. It is 8 disits number on left side.
**Password
You can find it on the backside of the package. It is last 6 disits of 18 disits number on right side.
***Expiry Date
You can use your wallet balance for 180 days since your last Top-up.
****Top-up Card No. and Pin
You can find them on the backside of prepaid card by scratching.
