No. I will definitely not and by definitely, I mean even the constellations will never let that happen. But it occurred to me that someone else out there with tons of cash he doesn't know what to do with might be willing to spend that much to look like Bieber. Toby Sheldon, an aspiring musician in Los Angeles has the guts to do that. He underwent surgery to look like Justin Bieber. Unfortunately, in my opinion which I think represents those people who have read that news thinks of, this is a total failure. I'm sorry Toby but you look way better before the surgery. You lovely human being before surgery, why did you waste that much?!
