How you doing?
I found at the last day that I got all the credit from last semester and my total credit has become 124! 4 more credits to go!! So I'm not really nervous if I will be able to get all the credits at Baylor. Well, I will do my best for my own sake.
Yesterday, I called my mother on Skype. I had totally forgoten about her birthday. Sorry. I was glad that she was doing OK. Next time i want to talk with my father and my sister.
At leadership class, I there was a qoute that inspired me. First
"The speed of the team is the speed of the leader."
It means that if the leader can do his/her job efficiently, followers would do it as well.

I just wanted to share the things that I studied.
Today's theme was, "Are leaders and managers the same?"
My perspective is no! I think leaders have the ability to change others action or idea. In another word, Transformation. On the other hand, managers have the ability to organize their jobs and make a maxium profit.
I had my first quiz for Cross culture comm. I was not to difficult and I think I did quite well.
Culture study is really difficult!! That's it!!
