Today I stydied about German Culture.
I'll like to write a review of it.
Individualism, Monochronic Low context, Social Ambiguity, Low power distance, Mastery Emotionally Neutral, Quantity of life.
Some aspects are similar to Japanese cultural chracteristics but I felt it was more indigenous. They don't want to argue emotionally so they ask, " Do you have any questions?" While they are explaning something.
I have a quiz tomorrow. Communication and culture and context and power is the main point of the text. I'm just writing it down for my own sake.
I find many people writing about political issues on facebook. Like Takeshima problem. I should study more to be able to write about it. But what I want to say today is that there are some people who try to challenge the person who wrote the political issue. There was a girl that wrote from her perspective and from her feellings with no evidence or political factors. And a guy who studys law (whether or not he is an expert of the field) replied to the post that her way of thinking is wrong and you shouldn't say that, it's because people like you who make Japan not a good country.
If I had a chance to say something, I would say "Who said it is wrong? And who said you are right?" and, "Who said Japan is not a good country?" I don't like when people mentions something that his opinion is ofcourse true. Maybe I'm being that kind of person while I am writing this, but this is my feeling.
In every aspect, I believe, there is one side, and another side, and the truth. And the truth is something that is hard to look for.
