I'm a first-year Linguistics graduate student at Gallaudet University. My focus will be on effective implementation of foreign language education for deaf college students in the US and preservation of deaf students of color's heritage languages. I'm an advocate of cross-cultural communication and exchange as long as they do not border into cultural appropriation.
