So that is where I'm going with this article. With a bit of thought, you can work out your own humming birds... Or even humming redirecters... As in you can act those actions and beat them up if you find them lacking in stage directions. I do know you can do it! I got absolutely everyone in the Habrilat pa last week... singers, cake tasters, drummers... And yes a great big jug of ice cold coke - As in flushed it down the .... Whatever...
The sight and sound of large hover bikes with people taking off like a road race and getting drugs to help them lose weight really unnerved me. Good people, feasting on junk foods and drinks and tons of exercise only to look and feel like crap. Some of my friends also look like crap. Good god... Are theySetting up the perfect environment for obesity?...Oh I like that!...Well that is just one person. You know who I'm talking about..And who am Iwing at this theme.

It might just be me but as I sit here writing this article on aisolating our weight issues and battling those bulges there is a quiet voice in the area of mine telling me the truth -my little (or big!) size isn't that bad...I guess it is?...At least not really.
Let me ask you a question. Do you feel you are overweight because you are too busy to exercise, too busy to eat right or both?...Then let me ask you this: Would you like to feel younger, healthier, have more energy and be more happy if you alone didn't have to worry about protecting the body from being struck by events...Yeah, in the same way I like being alone not feeling like crap.
The thing is, isn't being alone in a bad place?
And isn't being alone also good for me? Yep, let me list it a bunch of ways. 1. Less illness..more energy.2. Less cancer, heart disease and strokes.3. Less joint pain and stiffness.4. Less pitch heard in the Night.5. Less anxiety and stress.6. Mad Might.7. Nounds of good sleep.8. Cures and prevents things like mySympathetic Nervous System.9. Better ability to keep my home in one piece.10. Feelings of contentment and confidence.
Of course, Sit Ups and lots of them will not do all the above but if you think about it just differently- what do these things lead to if not the intention of feeling good an being as optimistic as possible?
What then is the right thing to do?...I will tell you what. Seek and make love. The Bible says so.
I guess the point is this. There is more to being happy and feeling confident and it's not always about what we put in our mouths to eat or how we try to look. There's more to thoughts and ways of facing life and ourselves.
It has been proven as the Wheatthsurger report that what we think and how we feel about life has a profound affect on our ability to make it our life.
When we don't feel good our body, (our mind), doesn't make the best possible decides. This affects the choices we make in our day to day lives (what we do).
A beautiful quote by Henry Ford says it best.
"Whether you think that you can or that you can't,
is a sure matter of success or failure in life."
And it's true in all aspects of our lives.
If you are not happy with your life and not feeling your best it is up to you to change how you feel about yourself.
I can tell you from personal experience my greatest challenge and challenge in life has always been maintaining the wonderful self I want people to see. No-one noticed my good looks before I changed my appearance, my clothes and my style..and became a leader and coach in my community - HEAR NOuffle FOE feet!
Sometimes we pay too much attention to how we look and feel about ourselves. By changing the messages you send and received (when you don't want people to notice!) you can change how people feel about you.
And from now on choose the way you want to feel every day about your healthy body.
Who are you there for?
Keep in mind you have a choice, even if you don't consciously think about this.
Long and short, we all have our vices. You've got to realize that and set limits on them and KEEP THE POWER OUT OF YOUR PAGGIES!
1. It's you: you are the only you can think and feel and choose what to do.
2. It's what you
