これは、決めつけることが、実質不可能なことです。
ワクチンそのものが、無保証であり、
中長期にわたる、起こり得る弊害については
ワクチンを開発・製造した側にも、わからないと言う。
その、メーカーにさえ、わからないことの是非を問うのが、
今回のワクチン賛成・反対の争点になっています。
日本に限り、ひょっとして、本当の陰謀は政府にあるかも知れません。
確かに、どうにも腑に落ちないことが、確かにあります。
例えば、plan・do・check・action という機能が見受けられないこととか。
なんで、問題が発生しても、一本調子で突き進もうとするのか？
問題が発生すれば、再考のための一時停止もありだと思うのですが。
ワクチン接種後のトラブルに関して、国民から集めた税金を使って
葬儀代、一時金を支払うってのは、
ワクチンを買ってくれるわ、保証は肩代りしてくれるわ。
ワクチン・メーカーから見れば、日本っていい国ですよ。まったく。
本当、お人好し国家。

反ワクチン派だから、間違っている？ とは、断言できません。

という結果が出てくる、そのような可能性は充分に考えられます。

・同時に、オーストラリア政府から一般開業医に支払われる、
ワクチン接種の報酬が安いという一般開業医の不満があった。
・ルール変更に振り回されて、それに加えて報酬の安さに一般開業医が、
「それならばワクチン接種は、政府でやれ！ 自分たちはやりたくない」と怒った。
