Last Training

I usually don’t come to trainings on Monday nights, but today was Dave’s last training session in Japan. My body was still sore from training the previous night. In the beginning, nothing was going right but towards the end we were performing level 3 tricks. I learned that I have to get fired up and believe in myself more than usual to perform at my peak. Sometimes you need to rely on technique but sometimes its all about attitude and you just need to say “fuck it” and just go for it.

月曜日に練習あまりやらないけどきのうはDaveの日本にの最後の練習。最近練習ばかりだから体はちょっとやばい。最初のほうは何もできなかった。でも最後にワームアップの後結構すごいハイレベル動きした。昨日ちょっと気付いた。自分が最高のレベルやりたいなら本当に本当に自分のことを信じないといけない。たまに技は１００％テクニック。たまに技は１００％態度。“Fuck it”言わないと。ただやるしかない。

I feel I’m losing my very nice raiz because I’m concentrating on the corkscrew after. I got to clean it up again. 最近自分がレイズが無くなった気分。多分レイズのあとはすぐコークスクリューを頑張ってただからレイズあまりきれいじゃない。きれいにしないと。

Training

Today was a really good training session. Recently every time I have been practicing, I have been improving myself more and more. I think I have been improving myself so I can beat the others. Enis was with me last night and our corkscrews improved dramatically.

今日はとても良い練習だった。最近の練習のときに自分が毎回毎回レベルアップ。他の人よりも負けたくないから一所懸命頑張ってる。今日はEnisと練習して、僕たちのコークスクリューがすごくに上手になった。

Sideswipe twist (Snapuswipe) – I need more height on the sideswipe. I don’t have enough spin or twist.

Raiz twist – My timing on the twist is still off. I don’t have enough spin or twist.

Cheat 1080 – I need to adjust my balance. I need to get more jumping power from the block. I need to raise the kicking leg more.
