I want a what reasonable tension.
Next wonder if Hawaii.

I changed the schedule of Philippines trip.
I will take a flight to return home tomorrow.
On the last day I stayed laxury hotel.
There are beautiful and intellectual people.
Not having any interest relationship, I speak Frankly.
Excellent people in developing country work
in making foreign partners.
These works don't contribute to own country directly.
Ofcource.Indirectly it contributes to own country.
it is to gain foreign currency.
But it doesn't solve the fundamental problem.
developing country needs strong military power, protective trade
protective labor legislation and infrastructure technology.
Infrastructure technology is civil engineering to control
natural risk. It give hygienic environment.
national productivity based infrastructure.
Infrastructure supply water, gas, electric power, hygienic environment,
stable communication environment roads had developed and efficient railway
traffic.
These factor is very important to develop country.
Good work is based the stable lavor life.
Infructure building needs the perfect or very good work
by lavors who has the pride for work.
UN Agency provide temporary contribution as such a medical service.
