Hi, I read your aspect about the recreational use of cannabis recently. But according to those articles I think you are not against any use nor clinical research for the Medicinal use, right? My home country, Japan has a law which specifically prohibits prescription by doctors making it impossible to have any scientific research inside the country. It had infused by United States as part of order belongs to Potsdam Declaration (5) when the country lost the WW2. And the structure supposed to be not possible to change according to "single convention on narcotic drugs, 1961" said by the director of Japanese Compliance and Narcotics Division. But it seems like totally opposite view from your humane aspect propels medical use and research based on scientific fact. Honestly it is a shame that we, as Japanese can not change it by ourselves in this era of democracy. With goal of solution, can you hold a public conversation with me?
