Oh, c'mon, guys! Cut the crap!
I am against any sort of abuse, sexualization and child pornography. BUT!!!! BUT!!!!
It is so stupid how a song with such ridiculous lyrics to cause such a hysteria about rape and women's rights.
OK, yes, it is controversial The lyrics are too ridiculously cocky to be seen as advocating rape. The hysteria about it is ridiculous. It's sexist, it's blurry, it's daring...yet, it's a song, and I actually feel like follow the lyrics and "grab his ass" while dancing on it.
Any bit of serious controversy just vanished when I read the lines:
"I got this from Jamaica
It always works for me
Dakota to Decatur"...
("this" means...well, yes...)
Eeeeh? Really? OMG!!! Fufufu....
DAMN!
I'd love to see a 3rd version of this video, where the girls are overly clothed while Thicke and Pharell are dancing naked.
\(゜□゜)/YEAH, YEAH, GIVE IT TO ME!
"You know I want it...Cause I'm a good girl."
