japanese turtle

Good evening!

this is the turtle i took new pic today !

not sure it is a boy or girl, anyway..he still have big hurt !

and i try to clean up the turtle 2 times and it is still bleeding o(TωT )

and he don't want to eat or have a drink (ﾉДT)

now i want he relax and tomorrow i will go to the doctor Y(＞_＜、)Y

i'm just thinking it is a house turtle or from nature

please please get better and be alive

Today on my door sit this turtle !

and i really dont know where i can bring the turtleeeee

i dont want to give her stress or take her in the train station

and i dont know where is the pet doctor （/TДT)/

have someone a good heart and help? o(TωT )
