今年はイギリスで過ごす初めてのクリスマスですが、素晴らしい経験になりました。昨日は香港の友人たちとクリスマスイブを祝いました。イギリスにいながらも、まるで故郷に帰ってきたような、親しみやすい雰囲気が生まれました。
クリスマス今日は地元の教会のコミュニティに参加してお祝いしました。お誘いいただき、本当に感謝しています。これにより、伝統的なイギリスのクリスマスを体験する特別な機会が得られました。
ここで出会った友達はみんな新しい友達で、イギリスに定住できるかどうかわからないですが、彼らの友情に心から感謝しています。
イギリスで出会った友人からも昇進したという嬉しい知らせをもらいました。長い間知り合ってはいませんでしたが、心から喜んでいます。彼は努力が確かに報われたことを証明した。
This is my first Christmas in the UK, and it has been a wonderful experience. Yesterday, I celebrated Christmas Eve with my friends from Hong Kong, which brought a sense of familiarity, being together made it feel like we were back home, even though we're here in the UK.
For Christmas Day, I joined the local church community to celebrate, and I'm grateful for the invitation. This gave me a special chance to experience a traditional British Christmas.
All the friends I've met here are new, and although I'm unsure about settling down in the UK, I truly appreciate their friendship.
I also received great news from a friend whom I also met in the UK has got promoted. Even though we haven't known each other for a long time, I'm genuinely happy for him; he has proved hard work has certainly paid off.
