2. Yoga 

3. Sumo Training
Sets: 3
Repetitions: 30

4. Sandbag training
Sets: 3
Repetitions: 3 minutes

5. Karate Training

Sets: 6

Breakfast: Nato,Yamaimo over rice
Lunch: Rice balls, sandwich
