Somthing's going on-mon

萌萌 is my dearest boy in life.

Now he is about six-month old.

Because he is rescued from the pets asylum, no one know exactly when is his birthday.....

The circumstances of the pets asylum in Taiwan is usually not quite good,

for there are too many stray dogs and cats, but too little the space.

There isn't strict law to prohibit the onwers from abandoning their pets.

So it's quite often to hear about someone abandon their pets

just because the pets couldn't behave as well as the owners' expectations.

Such situations really make the pets lovers feel depressed.

However, there are always hopes in this world, for example, the story of 萌萌.

He is rescued at a very young age (about less than one month) from the asylum.

Because the bad circumstances there, he came out there with serious skin problems.

When I saw him for the first time, he even had no fur on his head, nose, and legs!

After few months of the nurses from the doctor and the volunteers in the hospital,

now he becomes such a handsome boy, and moreover, becomes my dearest little angel!

I'm so glad 萌萌 comes into my life.

About his name "萌萌",

In chinese, it pronounces as "mon-mon"

And in french, "mon" means "my"

Because he is such a greedy boy, all the food and the toys are his!!

"This is mine" "That is also mine"!!

So that's why I call him so.

Also, the chinese word "萌"

it could be take into three part: "艹"plus"日" plus "月"

"艹" means "grass"

"日" means "sun"

"月" means "moon"

a "日" plus a "月" would be the word "明", which means one all day pass,

so it means "tomorrow"

So, the whole character "萌" could be explain as "the grass of tomorrow"

More specifically, "萌" means "to sprout."

He has already suffered too much.

I hope he could lead a happy life from now on, and colud grow up healthily.

Just as a embryo of the grass, to sprout vitally and stongly!!
