He assumes liability for all damages or loss or any irregularity to cargo arising out of or connected 1) with the build up of the ULD 2) the lack of 'ready for carriage' status, and or 3) with the fact, that the shipment does not correspond with documents and booked value.
He shall indemnify and hold harmless ABC for therewith connected claims made by third parties.
