I think that Milgram’s experiments on Obedience to Authority is very dangerous and dreadful
but are also relevant to current Japanese topic.
That is because I strongly felt that man who gave extreme pressure become severe stressful situation.
And then the man lost his general moral judgment and act something mad.
At first I take an example of Nihon University’s American Football club’s bad incident.
As you know the player tackle to other defenseless player.
But is this really the behavior only by his personal will or judgment?
Second I take an example of Moritomo school issues in politics.
In particular I show you an official documents falsification.
As you know Ministry of Finance officials alter an official documents.
But also in this issue, is this really the behavior only by their will or judgment?
From these two issues, I think these behavior is never only by his or their personal will or judgment.
That is because I think there are always the people who gave outrageous pressure or indication behind them like a supervisor or a higher officer.

私はスタンリー・ミルグラムの心理学実験について、とても恐ろしいと感じたと同時に、それが現代日本の社会問題に酷似していると思った。
なぜなら誰でも、周囲から極度の圧力があれば、自分の意思に反する・非道徳的行為でも狂人になってやってしまう可能性があるからだ。
具体例として、まず日大アメフト部の悪質タックル問題である。無防備な相手選手に危険な行為を行ったのは彼に違いはないが、
あの行為は、本当に彼自身の意思や判断だけによるものなのか？！
2つ目の例として、政界を1年以上も騒がせる森友学園問題である。安倍首相が「私や妻が関係していたとすれば、総理大臣も国会議員も辞める」→（https://youtu.be/awhS7gYFvpM）とまで答弁した森友土地取引に関する決裁文書（公文書）が財務省理財局によって改竄された事件。政治家への官僚忖度が働いたなどと言われるが、公文書改竄という重大事件が「忖度」という言葉だけで片付けられるのか？！
そして何より一連の改竄行為は、理財局職員の意思・判断だけによって行われたのか？！
以上の2つの事例から、私はこれらの行為が彼・彼らだけの意思・判断によるものではないという確信へ至った。
なぜなら、このような普段あってはならない事故がある時は必ず黒幕として裏に、そのよつな常軌を逸した行為を行うように直接・間接的に並外れた圧力を加えたり、下の者に指示する人たち、つまり監督やコーチ、上官や秘書官らがいるからだ。

人は、権威者に命じられたら、たとえ道徳的に正しくないと思っていたとしても、それに従ってしまうのか。
