I started my Day 1 meditation on 1 September 2019.This is a 21-day meditation that I am doing together with 3 other friends.
On Day 1, the mantra is:
'Today, I behold all the abundance that surrounds me'.
This came from Mr Deepak Chopra and Opera's 21-day meditation challenges.
It is good to release any feelings that we have during the meditation so as to achieve the best result.
During this meditation, I cried.This is due to the stress I gave myself these few days.I want to complete as many things as possible this month.So I tried to rush a couple of things so as to meet the timeline ... who knows it ended up making me more stressed that I am unable to fully concentrate and perform to my best!
So I have learnt to relax after the meditation and decided to give myself a break today and tomorrow.
Yes ... I will be good to myself ... 💖
